Speaking of cold weather survival, I've got 24" of new snow in the backyard. The kids got off school early on Tuesday, and were off Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures have been hanging around just under freezing.
Fortunately we've kept power for the entire time. I've got the grill and extra tanks ready to go, a couple of kerosene heaters with extra fuel in the basement, and the generator is fueled up and freshly serviced. The Truck and SUVs are gassed up and ready to go if need be.

Right on Bill, thats foreword thinking at it's finest. Here's one for ya, I know it's childish, do you think it would demoralize an enemy if you cracked em with a yellow snow ball?

In this case, you would be slush pissed on lol, that would be a bitch wouldn't it? be all bad ass and what not, kill everything that crossed your zone, and some prick with a smartass idea clocks you with a winter lemon ball...fucked up.
Technically, you can't even say " better to be pissed off, than pissed on" because you wouldn't technically be pissed on, just hit with a yellow snow cone.

Hey guys, just wondering, couldn't a frozen zombie technically be killed from becoming frozen solid and then thawed out? Wouldn't there be some damage to the brain? I'm not expert on frost bite though so whatever.

Hard to say, Brooks wrote it up WWZ that the undead could some how survive the crushing depths of the ocean and the freezing cold of the tundra but I'm sure he was just setting up his book for a sequel (he even mention a possible ZW2 in the freak'n opening)
I reality, I would say extreme cold would do the same damage as extreme heat and the brain/nervous cells would be destroyed in those temperatures. But then again, we are talking about the undead so... |

They don't use that noggin up there, but it's still essential, so it may kill them, not to mention, the blood levels might not be so bad since its frozen to you could go to town with an icepick either way.
